*Important COVID-19 Update: We are processing and shipping online orders daily. We have adjusted our shipping timeline for the safety of our staff, but we will do our best to have your order processed as quickly as possible during this time. 


We are offering scheduled Curb Side Pickup as delivery options at the checkout. Please include your shipping address or select your preferred pick-up location.

Shipping Timeline

We understand the importance of shipping your orders as quickly as possible, and we strive to have your order dispatched the same day your order is placed.  Our shop is located in British Columbia and we operate on Pacific Standard Time. Any orders placed after the 2:30 PM cutoff on Friday, or throughout the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. If there is a statutory holiday then your order will be shipped on the next business day.  Please contact us if you have any concerns.

-BC and Alberta $10 (Free over $100 before taxes)
-Rest of Canada $25 (Free over $150 before taxes)

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to BC and Alberta on orders over $100 before taxes and the rest of Canada Free shipping on orders over $150.  Orders that qualify for FREE shipping will be shipped via Canada Post, Regular Ground services.

Canada Post

We ship all of our orders via Canada Post. Generally, shipping in Canada can take anywhere from 2-8 days. If your address is very rural and out of the way it may take more time. Obviously, the closer you are located to us the quicker the parcel will arrive.

Rush Shipping

We do offer a rush shipping service for an additional charge. We utilize Canada Post Express or Priority shipping service to fulfill these orders. If you need your parcel rushed then an additional fee will apply.  Please select the shipping option Canada Post Express or Priority if this is the case and we will meet your tight deadlines.  

In Store Pickup

If you're located in Vancouver, or just visiting this beautiful part of the country you can pick up your items at our Davie Street location to avoid shipping delay. When checking out, simply select you would like to pick up your item(s) and we will make sure your order is pulled from the shelves and is awaiting your arrival. Once your item is ready for pick up, you will be notified by either phone or email.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift Cards, Lip Balms, Sunscreen, Men's and Women's swimwear and underwear.

To complete your return, we require you to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). In order to obtain an RA# simply e-mail and include the reason for the return and pictures if necessary.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial (or no) refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original new condition, any item not in its original packaging, any items with the hang tags removed, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.  If an item was received damaged immediately take a photo of the product and send it to us so we can start a claim with the carrier.

*If your purchase qualified for FREE shipping, the amount we pay in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.

**If you purchased multiple items and qualified for FREE shipping, but after returning one of the items your subtotal drops below $100 then the amount we pay in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.

***If the item you receive is clearly our error then we will pay for your return shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items over 75% off will be final sale


Doing exchanges costs a lot in shipping expense.  Quite often we can get you the right size the first time and we are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure this.  If you're unsure of the size don't hesitate to jump on the chat, email or phone and talk to one of our experts to guarantee you get the right size the first time!  If you need to exchange an item for a different size then send us an email at  to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  
If you want to make an exchange we recommend placing a new order for the size you want to exchange for and then shipping us the wrong size back.  This will cut down on the time it takes to do an exchange and for you to receive the right size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
